John Kotter is quickly becoming a favorite resource regarding organizational change and this quote has been tacked to my bulletin board for the past month. Every time I think about taking it down to put up something new, I decide to keep it up because it's just such a dead-on reminder.

Tapping the Creative Wellspring
You and i dream of becoming whole people: people whose words match their actions; who no longer experience hurt, brokenness, pain. We long to see beauty in the world around us. When we do, we often gasp...or miss it, because we're running too fast.
This blog is meant to be a place for readers to wonder in a world that's spinning far quickly for all of us. Step into a place that embraces the things that stir the human soul, while also takes a stand against those that crush it. But, it holds no perfect solutions or absolute clarity, only brief glimpses of what is to come.
Instead of promising easy answers or simple tales of joy, what it can promise are tales of passion. Thus, the title of this account. But beware, passion sometimes equates with pain. And goodness knows, the journey won't be safe.
